We had contact with Vancouver Coastal Health since 2 weeks ago, but they had replied us that they do not have a clear guideline what to do yet, and we are still waiting for their respond. Our facility w...ill remain temporarily closed for the effective period of the order, and until further notice. We do understand that lots of you are hoping to make reservations, as we received many phone calls and e-mails inquiring our re-open date. We will continue to monitor the provincial government's medical lead and hope to re-open again soon as well. We appreciate all your support and kind words and look forward to seeing all of our regular and new customers very soon. Due to the most recent order issued by the provincial health officer for all indoor recreational facilities to temporarily close, Nu-Zone will be closed until the 23rd of November. Hi All, Thank you very much for the support from all of you. After over 3 months-long waits, finally, we are re-opening on Canada Day Wednesday, July 1st! Our company falls into the Phrase 2 re-starting plan, but for our staffs and all of our visitors' safety, we had decided to wait a little bit longer until July 1st. With our re-opening for normal operation hours, our facility had implemented new and stronger cleaning and sanitizing procedures to both our facility and our eq...uipment in order to ensure the safety of all of our visitors. For an extra step to ensure the safety of everyone, all visitors are required to use hand sanitizers and fill in a government required sign-in sheet at the entrance of our facility prior to entering our facility.
