House training your puppy is about consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. The goal is to instill good habits and build a loving bond with your pet. It typically takes 4-6 months for a puppy to be fully house trained, but some puppies may take up to a year. Size can be a predictor. For instance, smaller breeds have smaller bladders and higher metabolisms and require more frequent trips outside. Your puppy's previous living conditions are another predictor. You may ...find that you need to help your puppy break old habits in order to establish more desirable ones. And while you're training, don’t worry if there are setbacks. As long as you continue a management program that includes taking your puppy out at the first sign they need to go and offering them rewards, they’ll learn. #Veterinarian #Vet #AnimalHospital #PetClinic #Dogs #Cats #Pets #PetTips #VeterinaryClinic #NVAHS

Just like humans, your cat or dog also needs to have a healthy diet to ensure efficient bodily functioning. Even if your pet looks and acts healthy, they may be having internal deficiencies that can prevent their systems from functioning as well as they could otherwise be. We treat nutrition as a tool for a healthier and happier lifestyle for your pet. Whether your pet is healthy or is suffering from an ailment, medicine in food form is one of the best long-term treatments we can provide for a healthier lifestyle. We also have specific formulas for certain conditions, such as diabetes, arthritis, and hyperthyroidism. #Veterinarian #Vet #AnimalHospital #PetClinic #Dogs #Cats #Pets #PetTips #VeterinaryClinic #Vaccination #Surgery #DentalCare #PetNutrition #Diagnostics #PetCheckUp #NVAHS

In this guide from VizlaWorld, they will discuss a special breed of dog the Boweimar. This breed is a mix of a Boxer and a Weimaraner. It is therefore not particularly surprising that these are not small but relatively large dogs. They have a tall and slender profile, which is pretty similar to the Weimaraner. In this post, we will consider all that you need to know about the breed and determine whether it is the right dog for you and the family. #Veterinarian #Vet #AnimalHospital #PetClinic #Dogs #Cats #Pets #PetTips #VeterinaryClinic #NVAHS

Keeping your dog's teeth clean is important, as ignoring this can lead to plaque build-up and dental disease. Dental disease is very common in dogs, second only to ear infections, and can be extremely uncomfortable - much like we would experience. To avoid expensive treatment costs check and clean your dog's teeth regularly as part of their grooming treatment. Our clinic is dedicated & committed to providing comprehensive, caring & compassionate veterinary services for your... dog or cat. We take the time to explain the details about your pet’s health so you can make an informed decision on how you can care for your pet. #Veterinarian #Vet #AnimalHospital #PetClinic #Dogs #Cats #Pets #PetTips #NVAHS

Curious kittens will love to explore mesh tunnels, lounge on curved beds and go cruisin' around the house for catnip. #Veterinarian #Vet #AnimalHospital #PetClinic #Dogs #Cats #Pets #NVAHS

Some foods are downright dangerous for dogs -- and some of these common foods may surprise you.... #NVAHS #PetClinic #Dogs #Cats #Pets #PetTips #VeterinaryClinic
