From our first real in person art class last week.

Andy Warhol, famous American artist, leading figure of Pop art movement. He perceived art as product, same as clothes we wear and food we eat. He liked everythi...ng trendy, like plastic and one day beauty, big brands like Coca Cola. Campbell’s soup cans are one of his best known artwork. It was also one of his favourite food to eat. My very talented student Hannah finished her first oil painting tonight. It was not easy after being used to work with acrylic. Lots of effort and struggling as... oil is a challenging medium. But she did it and the result is amazing. I’m very proud. Wonderful work! This painting will be presented among many other beautiful artwork in my students’ exhibition this coming Saturday, June 16th. Come check it out. See more
