ONE OF THE REASONS TO HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINER IS... To learn the CUES. Cues are helpful little comments for a proper form while performing the exercise.... For example: 1. Knuckles up to punch the ceiling (bench press) 2. Tailbones to the back wall (straight leg deadlift) 3. Don’t bow down to me, keep the pelvis neutral (squat jumps) 4. Show me your elbow pits (push ups) 5. Keep your lips tight (core exercises) There are tons of online apps who can build a workout for you. But they don’t ever give your those personal cues See more

Wellness Association is a Canadian Membership Organization that provides information access, and funding for health services that are not covered by the government. We are in year 4 of a national project that creates equity for people that can not afford health services that are not covered by the government. Our objective is to find as many good people as possible to help us continue to add to our network in Canada. Wellness Ambassador is our kiosk fundraising position. An A...mbassador works at unsupervised events that are hosted by partners in high traffic public places such as grocery stores. When you are onsite you set up our kiosk. When people pass by the kiosk you kindly ask them to contribute to our cause. A successful outcome is when a person gives a $20 gift. The donor receives a jar of honey by giving a gift of that size. Any person can also become a member for no cost at our events if they are in need of service. This is a very peaceful workspace. We do not aggressively solicit or try to convince people they should support the cause. We work with the yeses and respect the right to say no. The regular rate of pay is $20 per hour. That rate escalates to $25. The rate of escalation depends on the success you have in the role and your tenure with the company. All candidates must own their own vehicle, have a recent model smartphone and or tablet, and enjoy an independent work environment. You can view our website at www.wellnessassociation.org for more information. Click the careers tab at the top of the page listed under Wellness Association. You can also call us during most hours at 1-855-263-7883. See more
