The Federal Government and the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) have partnered to get a better landscape of internet connectivity for Canadians. Whether you are an NWIC customer or just member of the Niagara Region, please take a minute to do this test.

Update - All services have been restored. Thanks for your patience June 23 - IMPORTANT: Due to a vehicle accident we are currently experiencing an outage for all of our Cable internet customers. This issue is also impacting some wireless customers in Grimsby, Caistor Centre, Stoney Creek and Smithville.... Repair crews are currently working to resolve the issue.
