SPEEDING IN GARAGE, DRIVING ON LEFT SIDE, SIGNAGE, SAFETY MIRRORS AND BUFFER ZONES The corporation and its directors have not responded to concerns regarding speeding. It is possible that I will read about directors' response on the notice board by the mailboxes but no email follow was forthcoming.... I have become accustomed to directors' lack of courtesy.

POOL CLOSURE Drectors closed our pool without an Owners' Meeting. YCC456 and Directors of YCC456 refused to add information to Status Certificate that pool was closed. Many people brought condos expecting a pool.... I, on behalf of Owners' Action Committee, am responsible for getting Directors to follow the law which requires full disclosure on the Status Certificate. Neighboring condo at 3420 Eglinton Ave operated their pool up to Covid Lockdown. WHY do rental buildings in our neighborhood have functioning pools? DON'T buy directors argument that the pool was closed to save money! Let's look at projects that WASTED OWNERS' MONEY. 1. CONCRETE PAD BY GARBAGE BINS. 2. VARIOUS BALCONY REPAIR PROJECTS. 3. LINING WALKWAY WITH GRAVEL PROJECT. 4. WINDOW CAULKING PROJECTS. 5. OUTDOOR LIGHT SELF CREATED PROJECT. 6. VARIOUS CONCRETE RESTORATIONS.

I have been subjected to Intimidation, Harrashment and Bullying for speaking out on behalf of owners in my role as Acting Chair of Owners' Action Committee. Our condominium is rife with irregular practices, including but not limited to the following: 1. Writing off Condo Fees.... 2. Former officer of board requesting check payment from Former manager without proof of board approval. 3. Flagrant breaches of property standards relating to Garage Membrane leaks. 4. Blatant manipulation of Reserve Fund Study Recommendations to replace 1979 installed windows in phases. 5. History of slander, libel, vandalism and threats against owners who speak out. 6. NOT A SINGLE OWNERS' INFORMATION MEETING CALLED BEFORE APPROVING MAJOR PROJECTS. See more
