Next up for spotlight Saturday is Dr. Ketut! Dr.Ketut works in the veterinary clinic at the orangutan Care Centre and is responsible for monitoring and attending to the orangutan’s medical needs. Dr.Ketut loves knowledge and has strived to educate himself since he was a boy. Even now he is learning new things as a vital member of the OFI team. Hey we though it was time for everyone to meet the hard working executives in the AOC! First up we have Weichun the president of our club : WeiChun Kua : Ecology, Evolution and Conservation ? I was born and raised on Borneo island so the nature and wildlife on it will always have a special place in my heart. I also got the chance to volunteer at Orangutan Foundation International last summer and saw first hand how the palm oil industry is destro...ying rainforests, displacing and endangering the wildlife in it. ?
