Farmers Markets have been ordered to sell food only. We will be there tomorrow with our eggs and chicken. Lavender is available for delivery. I’ll post some pics and prices later this weekend. Stay safe everyone

Busy bottling up some lavender...on a typical year it would be a lavender frenzy with fun, crowded Xmas shows around the Island and we’d be pretty much sold out of the years lavender by the end. Definitely not in the cards this year! You will find us at Spirit Square Farmers Market (Harbour Quay, Port Alberni) each Saturday morning though . I’ll have the lavender favourites and unlike the Xmas shows, chicken and eggs too! We are happy to do contactless delivery in the Alberni Valley or send lavender orders via mail as well.

We’ll be there with our eggs, chicken and lavender. I’ve got chicken carcasses as well - great for soup stock!

Christmas Turkeys! We are raising turkeys for the first time this year! They are Beltsville Small White turkeys, a smaller breed of bird which should dress out to a 10-14lb bird for your dinner table. They are active, healthy birds and will be able to breed naturally (something the commercially raised Broad Breasted cannot do to their large size) Our plan is to keep a few and be able to offer birds hatched on our own farm for next year! They also fly well...so wish us luck Seen in the photos on arrival day and exploring their new hole in the fence leading to extra green space. Let us know if you would like to reserve one. Going for processing on Dec 9th.

Looking for something smaller than a turkey for Thanksgiving Dinner? We have 5-7 lb chickens We raise a different variety than the traditional Cornish Cross birds. They are active birds, slower growing and spent their days with unlimited access to a large yard. We feel this results in a better quality bird, feel free to be the judge and let us know what you think if you try one!
