Looking down at the floor in our commercial space renovation. Glad we x-rayed before coring for additional plumbing fixtures. The lines drawn are rebar and need to be avoided. Doesn’t leave a lot of room left.

Exactly one month since we finished the dig and started forming. Concrete work is done and framing begins tomorrow. All underground service work is done. Making great time. Also included finding a hidden oil tank, removing contaminated fill, and digging an extra 1.5’ down to satisfy geotech.
