I have been happily busy here in the Oak Springs Farm kitchen making fresh homemade delicious bread, kaisers, cinnamon rolls and today fresh bagels, blueberry, cheddar and everything. Chili, stews, soups, smoked brisket, homemade spaghetti sauce from our garden tomatoes along with rotisserie chicken that we raised here on the farm. The aroma of fresh bagels was amazing today. Next on the docket is jalapeño and cedar and cinnamon and raisin bagels. I am going to make homemade tortilla shells next week for Taco Tuesday. I will post picks. Happy almost Friday everyone.

Wow what a fantastic challenge we had this weekend. We tried a new way for the walk through and we had a timed order of go which made our challenge go very smooth. Congratulations Competitors!!!!!! I would like thank all the competitors for joining us this weekend, just seeing your smiles while navigating your patterns with your horse was very special for me. ... I will take registrations up to 7:00 am tomorrow. Online only. This weekend competitors, Please make sure you have another look at the patterns and study your walk through. ...
