Hi, everyone: Hopefully you and your family all are doing well. Our spa have been gradually restarted from last month. Now we’d like to introduce our new routine under COVID-19. 1. We only take clients by appointment, walk-ins not acceptable. 2. We do deep cleaning and disinfecting 3 times a day, and we give 30 minutes between clients to make sure we have enough time to change sheets and towels and disinfecting again. 3. All of our staff are healthy and wear masks all the ti...me when we are working. 4. When you call to book your appointment, we will ask you 2 questions: 1) Do you have any issues with COVID-19? Just make sure you don’t have symptoms, you are healthy. 2)Would you mind to wear a mask throughout your treatment? Which is required by the government and CMTO. 5. When you booked your appointment, please come to the spa on time, the first step is sanitize your hands, then sign a treatment consent which is all about COVID-19, make sure you don’t have any symptoms and wear a mask. 6. Now it’s time for you to go to the room for massage or acupuncture treatment. Please remember to communicate with the therapist about the pressure or if you have any problem with mask. COVID-19 has changed everyone’s life, we have to do things in right way.: Keep social distance/ wash your hands seriously/ wear a mask/disinfecting with 70%alcohol , that’s all we should do. It’s the 45th day for me to stay home. I am very happy to watch my plants growing Day by day, watching the baby leaves coming...., the world will be beautiful again, and people will have their normal lives again. I do believe it.

It is the 15 th day to stop my work and stay home, how many more days we still need? Nobody knows that...

We have been closed for 2 weeks, I think we have to continue to close the spa until the government says ok. Miss my place, miss my clients and miss my staff, miss my normal life...

Oakspa Services Updates 1: Before you come, please make sure you don’t have any issues with COVID19, and wear your mask. 2: You CAN take off your mask when you get massage treatment with face down position. 3: Facial services now are available. Stay safe and healthy, enjoy the summer.
