On Saturday, July 6th, we hosted our 2nd annual Glenorchy Community Festival. What incredible growth since our 1st event last year! It was wonderful to see our local park come alive with over 1000 people in attendance and fun attractions keeping everyone entertained. This FREE community event would not have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors / vendors and community partners. Thank you!!! Special thanks Mayor Rob Burton, Ward 7 Town & Regional Councillor Pava...n Parmar and Ward 7 Town Councillor Jasvinder Sandhu for their partnership and support. It was a pleasure to see the festival draw the attention of local elected officials and showcase our beautiful and strong community. Looking forward to a bigger and better event next year at our 3rd annual festival. Our aim is to bring the community together while showcasing local businesses so we can all thrive in our beautiful neighbourhood in North Oakville. Stay tuned for more information!

Had fun testing out games for our community festival tomorrow Can’t wait to see kids in the community participate in good old carnival games and display their competitive spirit and have fun! Join us at Isaac Park starting 2pm! ... Look out for: Hula hoop competitions (kids & adults!) 3 legged race Potato sack race Tug of war And of course, bouncy castles, face painting and more!
