Lots of you are battling this cold that is going around....myself included. It is really hard to shake a winter cold so I am posting some remedies I have found is working for me and my family. I encourage all to post yours and together we can fight off in our own ways this nasty virus. Here are my remedies..... High doses of Vitamin C time release at least 6000 mg 3 times a day. Lots of water to help flush it and 1 oz of colloidal silver 2 to 3 times per day. Plenty of rest too and of course chicken noodle soup homemade is the best but whatever you can get will help.

This really works just do it slowly. Start at 10 min and work your way up. If you can only do a couple of minutes then do that. If you feeling like spitting it out early then do so.
