Summer time saved in a jar! Will pull this antipasto out in the new year !

I bet many of you still have plenty of tomatoes lying around The easiest sauce to make is using an array of fabulous tomatoes, good olive oil, some chili pepper and smashed garlic. So wonderfully delicious!

This pasta is finished off in the sauce to which lots of grated cheese is added. Deliciousness!!

My favorite breakfast is Labneh with a SMALL drizzle of honey, then topped with roasted and chopped hazelnuts.
