CALL FOR PARTICIPATION / An-Laurence Higgins, Approchez, je vous raconterai ce que j’ai oublié As part of our partnership with the Festival Accès Asie, An-Laurence Higgins' performance Approchez, je vous raconterai ce que j’ai oublié contains an offline participatory dimension. Originally, the performance invited the audience to interact with the artist. Since the online format will not allow for the physical presence of the audience at the presentation, An-Laurence will prepare 100 letters in French that contain a portion of the work and will be sent to 100 recipients at Canadian addresses. To become a recipient, please fill out this form before May 16, 2021, the day after the performance. Looking forward to writing to you!

All activities in the Interrogating Access series are now available for free online, with transcriptions and translations! Jointly initiated by OBORO and Productions Spectrum in autumn 2019, the Interrogating Access series of activities aims to equip artists, organisations, and cultural workers with the means to think through accessibility in broader terms, and to learn from the best access practices already undertaken in the cultural sector in Canada and abroad. The purpose ...of this series of conferences and workshops was to gather the tools necessary to stimulate better access practices in visual and media arts. In order to make the activities accessible to as many people as possible, all were video recorded and the content was transcribed and translated to make them fully bilingual (EN+FR). QSL or ASL interpretation is also provided according to the language of the original presentation. https://www.youtube.com/playlist
