Employee Post! . Meet, Nate . Nate is originally from Carman where he grew up with Troy O'Brien built, and now lives in Winnipeg. When Nate isn't working as an Agronomy Specialist with the Canola Council of Canada, he wields one of O'Brien Built's sawsalls to cut down whatever lies in his path. Nate coordinates much of O'Brien Built's special projects and public relations, and serves as an IT specialist and writer on an as needed basis. In his free time, Nate enjoys running, ...camping, hiking and writing papers. Nate's favourite project to date was helping the team renovate his mother's kitchen and living room. . . Just a few announcements and updates on the status of our work in regards to the covid-19 situation.

It may not feel like it today, but spring is right around the corner. The harsh winters can wreak havoc on your existing eavestrough and the spring melt can cause foundation issues for structures without gutters! Not to mention the mess that water can cause on walkways and yards if its not drained properly. . . Inspect your gutter systems, and if theres any way that we can help, let us know! .... . Were expanding! Meet @obrienbuilt s newest employee, James. James turned 19 months today and is excited to join our team. He brings a wide skill set to the crew. His main passion resides in the demolition portion of any job. He will be a great asset and is eager to start some spring projects with us.

This was a really cool project that we were able to complete for a family. A nice front entrance bench and locker combo with a matching bench and counter top. We then continued into the master bedroom for a custom walk-in closet area. Incorporating the matching countertop. . . stay tuned for some other projects we have been excited to start sharing with you!

Throwback to a composite deck project we had a few summers ago. We tried to incorporate a swinging rope from a laminate post built into the deck. Unfortunately it didnt work out. Its not always sunshine and rainbows on the job site. . . #postyourmistakes #deckbuilding
