A wonderful week of learning about the traditional skills of making a birch bark canoe with Master Canoebuilder, Chuck Commanda at Sacred Heart High School (Ottawa). It's been excitiing to have Chuck and his apprentice Jonathan Goldner in the community. Looking forward to next week's progress. Chi Miigwetch Chuck!
