What a magical day we had a Mary’s Farm for our 4th Annual Oddfellows Charity Disc Golf Tournament! The fact that multiple people let me know it was their favourite event that they have ever attended really warms my heart. Of course, the real benefit was that it looks like we actually netted somewhere between $26-27,000 to support www.vicrisis.ca and the school at Mary’s Farm and Sanctuary. On that note a reminder to please submit any receipts you have or remind others to... submit to Raegan Stuart [email protected]. Our event simply would not happen without our core team members of Shaunessey Pollen, Alex Austin and Raegan Stuart. Of course, huge thanks also go to ALL our amazing sponsors and a special shout out to Sister Valerie Charron from Bastion #4. There were also so many individual efforts from the likes of (in no particular order), Andy Bernhardt, Ian Macphee (sponsor and volunteer), Ron Kerr, Chef Michael Williams and Chef John Hircock and his beautiful wife Angie for their amazing job with the Covid friendly tasty food! In addition, Derek Tusche for helping fund and running the bar again!.
