Off Cut & Co. emerged last December, quite unintentionally, after I wanted to purchase a wooden charcuterie board. Nothing caught my eye, so naturally, I thought I should give it a go myself. My first board was received so well that the demand for more became my happy reality. I also create artisanal charcuterie boxes which is perfect for my fellow 'grazers' out there! To date, I have prepared over 150 delicious boxes! During my spare time, I enjoy: following the latest tech trends; making my own wine & cured meats; watching sports; firing up my wood-burning pizza oven; & kick boxing. This business is my passion.
