I recently conversed with Big D's Dog House chip truck on Hazeldean Rd. between Stittsville and Kanata. Kristina wrote "we do have a small dedicated fryer that ...we use for any breaded items. The only thing we cook in our fryers are French fries. We also have a gluten free gravy that we cook separately from our regular gravy. This year we have started offering gluten free burger buns, as we make our own burgers that are just beef with no fillers. On our gourmet topping menu we have many gluten free options as well." Day 2 of Dukan Diet Pierre Dukan Attack phase - the first 2-7 days of only protein (meat, seafood, fish, non-fat dairy, eggs + herbs, low sodium soy sauce, fresh lemon, garlic, ginger, onion, shallots, daily oat bran, walking + loads of water) I made the Dukan oat bran gallette, or pancake today. I preferred taking my mandatory daily oat bran in my non-fat milk. I tell myself it’s a nutty milky smoothie. It’s palatable and quick! ... I put fresh lemon + sweetener in my breakfast yoghurt, had sliced turkey and Dijon with my gallette (double L, double T?), drank a wackload of @perriercanada , and ate sliced beef on gingered soya sauce & onion shirataki noodles, my beef fave thing on the planet I’m eating noodles made out of yam, I believe? Cauliflower pizza crust? Who am I? And what’s next? I’m also running. Never say never. I’m learning that. I survived Day 1 on the Pierre Dukan Dukan Diet. I miss cream in my coffee, but at least I can still have coffee... These meatballs were delish (rosemary and mint, who knew?) and shirataki noodles?? I assumed they would be terrible, but W O W - I gobbled them down (after bathing them in low sodium / GF soy sauce + fresh lemon + ginger) Biggest adjustment is making time to prep food as can’t be all snacky grabby grabby as I like to be Fortunately I love soda water more than life itself, so I was drinking and peeing all day Turkey around a pickle dipped in Dijon?
