We are deeply saddened to hear of John Oates' passing. John was devoted to his work with Skills Canada - Newfoundland and Labrador, Skills Canada / Compétences Canada and CNA. He was a supporter and friend of the Office to Advance Women Apprentices and will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know him.
