We are deeply saddened to hear of John Oates' passing. John was devoted to his work with Skills Canada - Newfoundland and Labrador, Skills Canada / Compétences Canada and CNA. He was a supporter and friend of the Office to Advance Women Apprentices and will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know him. We are sending condolences to his family, friends and the Skills community today.
