COVID-19 Update #2 March 28th, 2020 Dear Valued Customers, As many of you know, the list of essential services in BC has recently been released here: https://www2.gov.bc.ca//covid/essential-services-covid-19... Bike shops are implicitly falling under the "Transportation, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing" heading. This is very good news for everyone who rides a bike in our community. It is vital to note that OTE will continue to operate to best serve you during this time, and we are asking for full compliance to our adapted services which are: The shop will be open between 12 and 4, Tuesday to Saturday, but will be locked as no more than 2 people can be in the shop at a time. Please book repairs online or by phone. Please do not use cash, but rather e-transfer or credit, card for payments. Please be prepared to do business outside (see picture of Gary below spraying bike with isopropyl). As always, take care of yourselves and one another and continue to protect our community's most vulnerable during this very challenging time. We will get through this together. Much two wheeled love, The OTE Team

We will be closing for the Easter weekend (Friday to Monday). We will re-open on Tuesday April 14th.

Dear valued customers, We have been following the COVID-19 pandemic very closely and utilizing best practices during these trying times. Our shop has been very busy, as we realize that riding our bikes outside is one way to be healthy during this stressful period. In order to continue to serve you best; effective Wednesday, March 18th, we will be open Tuesday to Saturday from noon to 4 pm. We would appreciate bookings online at http://www.offtheedge.org/ote-tune-up... As our province is now in a state of emergnecy, we recognize that these hours may change as we will be in full compliance with the government in order to protect our most vulnerable citizens and play our part in flattening the curve. If you have any questions, please contact Lydia or Gary at [email protected]. Thank you and and stay well.
