The Limoncello base is getting tasty. I'm going to leave it for another week or two. Get max flavour.

In two weeks we will have Lemoan, Limoncello style lemon liqueur. I went with a vodka base for my first batch. Can't wait.

Greetings. My friends with finer tastes. In a week or so, I will be working on an original recipe for homemade Limoncello. The current recipes I have researched, use vodka as a base. I use it as a base for my two Almond liqueurs. Both already flavoured. I want to change that. Infusing my own flavours, into grain alcohol. I currently use preflavoured, alcohols as my base. This will be a whole new experience and direction in home liqueurs for me. My two current faves and fu...ture fave will still need the required alcholols as bases. Those being Pops', Top O the Mornin and my future version of Grande Marnier *also an infused creation*. Adjusting the syrup consistency and quantity is going to be the challenge. Both of those are going to be beneficial for reducing the alcohol levels. If this works, who knows? Cherry whiskey? Apricot Brandy? Creme de Menthe? All Natural. All tasty. Thaaaaat's for later. FOR NOW! I'm going to be bottling some 500ml samplers of my now, four, tasty treats. Pops ' Old Country IC, Top O' the Mornin' Coffee Liquer, Almond Sun and Cherry Sunset (Amaretto and Cherry Amaretto). If anyone would seriously, like to sample any of these, let me know.
