A home baker based in Vaughan, @ohdoughcookie.co serves up jumbo cookies. They may look like large flat cookies, but they're anything but. They're filled with a lot of mix-ins and some are absolutely loaded with filling. The six I tried were all filled and generously so!... In general, these cookies are slightly crumbly on the outside and soft & chewy on the inside. The fillings are super rich and sweet. You can checkout the whole menu and place an order at https://ohdoughcookieco.com/ Birthday Cake 9.2/10 A birthday cake cookie base with white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles filled with vanilla frosting. The white chocolate and sprinkles really improve the flavour of the base. The frosting was so sweet and satisfying. Kinder Bueno 9.2/10 A chewy cookie with a Nutella filling with actual Kinder Bueno in the middle and on top. I really enjoyed the flavour and the Bueno bar gives you a bit of crisp. The Nutella and Bueno filling are slightly different types of chocolate hazelnut, Nutella is sweeter and Bueno is a bit nuttier. They complemented each other well. Biscoff 9.2/10 A soft and chewy cookie with white chocolate mix-ins and stuffed with a lot of Biscoff spread is my jam. Such a great combo. Biscoff Apple pie 8.9/10 Biscoff cookie with an apple filling. The carmelized gingerbread like flavour of Biscoff pairs so well with apple. The filling was similar to a pie filling, sweet and spiced apple. I would've like a bit of Biscoff spread in here. Peanut butter overload 9.4/10 This was such a decadent cookie. A generous amount of soft and creamy peanut butter. Just the right amount of chocolate to complement the PB. Chocolate thunder 9.3/10 Three types of chocolate; milk, dark and white in a chocolate espresso base. It was super rich and decadent. I liked the varying sweet levels in this one.
