A year ago today we hosted our first ever Superhero Game as we recognized 13 year old Reese Meyer of Caledon East. The scene at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre was surreal. Consistent cheers of GO REESE GO echoed throughout the arena, and jerseys and signs showing support for their fellow Hawk painted the building. The script could not have been written better as the Steelheads battled to overcome a three-goal deficit and win in overtime.
