"A public Request for Proposal was made by the municipality on August 21 for demolition of the building structure and grading and leveling of the site. The tender is scheduled to close on Sept. 11, and will be awarded within two weeks of closing. According to the request, the municipality is expecting to have the Oil Sands Hotel demolished by Oct. 12.
