Turkey Day! Covid Christmas style. Dec. 17th Oilfields Food Bank held our very first drive-thru hamper pickup. The weather cooperated beautifully which was a huge plus. Approx. 90 hampers, complete with all the supplies for 3 meals on Christmas day were distributed. The community Jacket Racket was set up outside under 2 tents so everyone could have easy access. ... Thank you to all our dedicated volunteers for making this event a success. Thanks to our awesome community of businesses and individuals who continue to be generous and supportive. Note that the Oilfields Food Bank will be closed on Tuesday December 22nd we will re-open on Tuesday December 29th.

This Thursday Dec 17th is Drive Thru Christmas Hamper Pickup If you are registered for a hamper you will have already received your confirmation and pickup time via email or phone call. If you haven’t heard anything please call 403-612-1291 asap.

With stricter COVID-19 restrictions coming into effect on Sunday, December 13, Food Banks across Alberta remain an essential service, continuing to support Albertans in need.
