Do you collect ALL the rewards possible when ordering? I'm going to use my July order as an example and break this down! Ya... literally. We all be in da house!! And if I can be honest... going a (little) crazy in here!... Although today was a VERY special day, and I hold it's meaning close to heart, we also live in reality. The reality of this pandemic. The reality of our unique familial circumstances. The reality of motherhood. If your home is anything like mine... that means there were highs AND lows and it certainly didn't look picture perfect all day long. Did I feel loved and appreciated? Most definitely. Were there moments of joy? Of course. Do I end the day with gratitude? Absolutely. But was it hard? Ohhhhhh my... THAT is a resounding YES! This day holds so much emotion for each of us. And it's all knotted together in a beautiful mess. Celebration, love, joy, gratitude, grief, longing, fear and overwhelm. I was reminded by a loving and wise woman in my life to be gracious to ourselves in where we are. It's ok to be present in each of these places. And... that right now getting through the day is enough. So, to end the day I pray for each of you. That you would feel surrounded by love... because you truly are! And... for a peace in your heart that you made it through ALL that today held for you.
