In fact, demand was over double our regular amount of this earthy, pungent evoo. It seems that the foodie population in the Ottawa valley has grown during this pandemic, we love to see it! Fun fact, truffles are a fungi which are hard to find and hard to grow which is why there is a lot of fraudulent truffle oils out there.
