Motivation monday Here one of my clients Mireille. She lose 25 pounds during the last months. All this during this crazy Time we are all living in.... Un petit bricolage simple ajouté à mon gym pour quelques exercices. (Pour les avant-bras) Il faut simplement rouler la corde autour du bâton, les bras tendus vers l'avant.
J'entends souvent cette phrase : "Les bodybuilder dégonflent et deviennent laids en vieillissant." ... Avoir de gros muscles ou avoir fait du bodybuilding ne vous condamnera pas à être inesthétique rendu à votre retraite. Bien sûr, si vous prenez un chemin contraire à vos objectifs d'antan ou que vous arrêtez totalement ces dites habitudes, vous ne serez plus l'homme que vous étiez. Mais si au contraire vous maintenez une hygiène de vie, que vous vous entraînez intelligemment, vous aurez quand même un corps que peu de personne de votre âge ont! (Sans nécessairement avoir le corps que vous aviez à l'époque) Beaucoup de culturistes aujourd'hui en sont la preuve vivante!!!
