If you know of a child who is in need of some warm winter items, please look in our "Winter Warm-Up Photo Album" to see what we have available. The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Okanagan’s Adopt-A-Family or Adopt-A-Club program matches families and young people with businesses, organizations, schools, service groups and individual sponsors. Our families/youth are current members of our programs and services and are identified as needing support at this time of year. Over the past 13 years, sponsors have assembled food and gift hampers for families, who due to a variety of circumstances were unable to give their famil...y the food and gifts they would like to ensure their families experienced the joy of the season like others around them. This year more than any, families are struggling to make ends meet. The challenges 2020 have created a lot of uncertainty and stress for many. We hope you will consider Adopting a Family this holiday season and help make a family in our community have brighter holiday. Thank you for bringing joy in a time of need. Did you hear?!?!? We're running some FREE incredible virtual summer camps! Kids will participate in 30 minute blocks on Zoom from Tuesday to Thursday. We have 2 time slots available at this time! We are so excited to connect with your kiddos and have a ton of fun keeping them active and engaged! To register please call Julia @ 250-542-3121 ext. 112 or email [email protected]

Check out some of the exciting activities we are doing in our NEW REC PROGRAMS! Contact our Penticton club to register your child!

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police needed our help to name the next generation of police dogs. The kids got to color or decorate a picture of a German Shepherd and name their dog. The names had to begin with the letter "N", & be no more the 9 letters long and be 1 or 2 syllables. If chosen, the names will be given to 13 German Shepherd puppies born at the Police Dog Service Training Centre in Innisfail, Alberta.
