The OK Cafe catered the Strawberry Tea yesterday, put on by the Vanderhoof Visitor Centre and Museum. Guests were treated to Strawberry Shortcake, strawberry cheesecake cups, chocolate strawberry bon bons, homemade caramels, chocolate turtles, lavender walnut scones, devonshire cream and preserves, tea sandwiches, and an assortment of beverages, including Strawberry Lemonade, steeped tea, and Nightingale Coffee. Thanks to staff for going the extra mile, and to all that attended.

Our in-house team of bakers have outdone themselves with this Cherry Cheesecake! The graham wafer crust cradles the fluffy cheesecake filling, and then is topped with sweet and tart cherry compote.
