This is a great article and well worth the few minutes to read with your morning coffee. Creating movement breaks (standing, walking, running, stairs, throwing a ball, chewing gum), listening to music while doing an assignment or a difficult task, are all great ways to support a calmer, more focused mind and body system, which will better support their mental health going forward.
