I love open concept homes! Especially with high ceilings and vaults! This one has a 14 ft vault and a 12 ft 3 way peak in front of the bay window. Amber and Lyndon wanted a smooth finish on their ceiling so I gave them a level 5 finish to give them that smooth consistent modern look. This house definitely has that wow factor!

Today was amazing I think Okema Clothing accomplished what we wanted to do and that was to bring communities together so we can all make an impact to bring awareness to residential schools and their survivors. The amount of people wearing orange shirts today was amazing and all the people proudly posting and sending me their Orange Shirt Day pictures was great! If we all stand together we give no choice to the ones who don't know what Orange Shirt Day represents to have to ask what is going on!? As Indigenous people we are all impacted by residential schools in some way. Our ancestors traumas are embedded in our DNA and its time we help them heal and ourselves so our future generations flourish
