Sprinkling Restrictions May 01, 2020 Effective May 1st - September 30th sprinkling/watering is only allowed on the Odd/Even Address System. The rules are simple. If you have an irrigation system, only run it... between midnight and 6:00 am on your day. No watering at all between the hours of Noon and 7:00 pm any day. Hand watering is allowed after 7:00 pm every day. Even houses on even days, odd ones on odd. Where it gets tricky is with stratas. Your watering day is not based on the number of your unit, but for the entire strata. For example if you live at Unit # 1 at 4000 Main Street your watering day is on an even day.
