It's official, folks! The federal bill offering a 1-time #COVID benefit for Canadians with #disabilities has now received formal approval! Our thanks to all who... worked hard to make this happen, especially Minister Carla Qualtrough! Anyone (child, adult, senior) approved for the federal Disability Tax Credit (DTC), CPP Disability or Veterans disability benefits will automatically receive it - no need to apply. If you have a disability but never applied for the DTC, now is a good time to do it so you can get the one-time $600 federal #COVIDdisability benefit and other ongoing #disability supports.
