Hey there everybody.... Super sad annoying news... This Sunday, May 12th, Mother's Day, the market will be Cancelled ... Super lame, I know. I'm not impressed. "It's Mother's Day," says the vendors... Yes, Exactly, it's Mother's Day. We'd posted, "Come have breakfast with Mum & hang out & cruise through the vendors & have a good time," & now this last minute cancellation. Us loyal weekly's aren't overly impressed. We are Very Very sorry if you'd planned to pop by! We'll be back next Sunday, May 19th! & if you or anyone you know is a crafty kind of person, we're looking for you! New vendors are always welcome! Everyone is super great! Just shoot us a message for details!

Here at The Okanagan Valley Farmers & Crafters Market, we acknowledge that our market is located on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. We are so grateful to be welcomed in Syilx Okanagan Territory and proud to serve the Indigenous Peoples through offering a safe space to not only showcase and sell their magnificent talents and crafts, but also by providing a safe, loving space to share the community’s stories and pressing issues. Today is Nation...al Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. A representative from community has come in and has set up a booth on this very important topic! We invite and encourage you to come out today and support and learn from our amazing community member! A booth educating on the realities and horrors of this very serious issue! I know I dream of the day where there are No More Stolen Sisters!! Please join us now till 2, The Okanagan Valley Farmers & Crafters Market at The Elks Lodge 3103 30 St, Vernon *Please note: We understand this may be a controversial issue, NO hate will be tolerated either online or in person at the market. We are one. We are community. Everyone is our friend, our extended family. Everyone has a story. Please be kind, respectful and loving. Thank you.
