Attention Comin' Alive Campers!! We have been in communication with the Veggie Tale's Pirates about coming ashore for this year's Comin' Alive Camp. However, the Pirates have decided to stay onboard ship this year....the quarantine is too long for them to come ashore for a week. But....they will be sending ashore some of their treasures for us to enjoy over the summer months with our families. OLA families please check your email. The following message was sent out today and classroom teachers have sent emails to all of their families. Please check your SPAM or junk mail if you can’t locate these messages and contact the school if you have not received them. Hello OLA family, I am sending some information to help remind you and guide you for our start-up. We are so excited to see all of the students who will be returning to our building tomorrow and Wednesday. Ple...ase use the following information to guide your return and contact the school if you have further questions. Students with last names beginning A-J will begin Tuesday and not come Wednesday. Students with last names beginning K-Z will begin Wednesday and not come Tuesday. Teachers will meet students outside to show them where they will meet each morning and return at the end of each day. Mrs. Duke, Mrs. Orr, and Mr. Tratch will meet their students at the playground door. Mrs. Baptista/Mr. New and Mrs. Nemecek will meet their students at the north door. Mrs. Nadeau will meet her students at the portable door on the east side of the school. Mrs. Butkatka and Mrs. Viney will meet their students in front of the school on the south side. It is expected that parents and students will have completed the following Self-Assessment Checklist each day before arriving at school. This means that parents will not be permitted to come into the school with their child. If a parent needs to connect with the school they can call in advance, 403 327 5028, or ring the doorbell if appropriate. Please send a water bottle to school with your child. While we no longer have access to water fountains, we have 2 water bottle filling stations. Teachers will be sharing with their students the station that they are to be accessing. Students are asked to wear masks. It will be mandatory for those in grades 4-6. We have received our government issued masks and they will be handed out to students upon their return to school.
