People who are applying for the B. C. Govt. Disability Pension are issued a booklet which is to be filled out by a medical doctor, and also an assessor, like myself. I do an interview which takes about an hour and a half to complete that. Lately I have been given booklets that have been taken apart, re-printed, and put together again. Parts have been missing and I have been unable to complete the interview, so the client made the trip for nothing. The booklet should not be taken apart and put together again. Save yourself a useless trip.
