Please read All guests must use our self screening tool prior to booking an appointment (link for self screening tool will be located in our bio) The day of your appointment, if you are experiencing any illness symptoms we ask that you reschedule. Any guests that are experiencing any symptoms of illness will be asked to leave the salon immediately. ... It is imperative that you come to your appointment alone. No children, husbands, wives, friends, etc can accompany you. Please leave all non essential items at home or in your vehicle. All purses or jackets must remain on your lap for the duration of your appointment. You will not be allowed to bring in any beverages or food with you, nor are we permitted to serve such items. Please note that your stylist is only permitted one guest in the salon at a time. Therefore if you are early to your appointment please be aware that you will have to wait in your vehicle or outside the salon doors until your stylist is free to let you in. All guests will be required to wear a mask, and at no point should it be removed. If you do not have a mask of your own, you can purchase one from the salon. We ask that guests come in with clean, dry hair for their colour service. Upon entering the salon your stylist will be assessing your health & checking your temperature. From there you will he asked to sanitize your hands and your phone, and then you will be led straight to your stylists chair. Guests will not be permitted at any time to browse our retail area. If there are products you are looking to purchase, please inform your stylist and they will be more than happy to gather the items for you. * If you are only looking to come into the salon to purchase products, please call the salon beforehand and we will prepare it for curb side pick up. * Please stay seated in your stylists chair at all times, unless instructed otherwise. The salon washroom is for emergency use only. At this time we would like to keep the use of our blow dryers to a minimum, therefore we will only be providing a finishing style to your service if you feel it is essential. We have put away all magazines and non-necessary materials throughout the salon. We will not be accepting cash as a form of payment at this time, debit or credit only. We will not be accepting any walk-ins for services at this time. Please note that our stylists have very thorough cleaning procedures to follow before and after every appointment, so it is imperative that you show up to your appointment on time. Tardiness May result in your services having to be rescheduled. Please note that we will be enforcing our no show fee if you choose not to inform us that you are not able to make it to your appointment.
