Annddd just like that we are in the second trimester. Time flies!!!! This is when I start suggesting to families to take prenatal classes, as third trimester can be a little hectic preparing for babies arrival. In addition to HypnoBirthing, which I teach, I am looking to participate in another class as well...any recommendations???
