For the entire month of April, 100% of bookmark sales will go directly to the Housing Resource Centre (HRC). HRC operates within CCRC in the heart of downtown Peterborough, whose mission is to help people find housing and prevent homelessness. The folks who work there are the most kind, genuine, and dedicated people, and really do everything in their ability to help others. I f...eel so lucky and grateful to have been working alongside them as a placement student over the last few months. The funds raised from this initiative will go directly to the individuals and families who need it most. IN ADDITION, I will add .25 cents per tag in the comment section below, and $1 per share to your stories of my own money (please tag me so I can keep track!). PSA: 2021 Brides Spots for bouquet preservations are filling up extremely fast, please send me a message sooner rather than later if you’re interested in having your florals preserved by me Things you need to know: ... the best results come from the freshest flowers- plan to have your bouquet to me ASAP (the next day is best, if shipped: next business day is ideal) once I receive your bouquet, the drying process begins and can take up to one week (florals need to be 100% dry to be preserved in resin) we will collaborate to determine the best way to preserve your florals. I will send you a number of design options to choose from as the entire process can take up to 12 weeks, I require as much notice as possible (I only have so much space in drying, so much studio space for preservations, and so much free time to create these pieces) a security deposit is required before any preservation work begins ideas for bouquet preservations: 10 block, 8 round, 4 cube, sphere, ring holder, tea light, coasters, bookmarks, keychains, wall hangers. Any of these can be made with your florals and would be great bridal party favours and keepsakes for the family Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about having your bouquet preserved. Preserved floral keychains These have been flying out of here so quickly I haven’t had time to photograph them! I ordered 100 keychain rings thinking that should be good for a year, and YOU SOLD ME OUT IN TWO WEEKS!! I can’t believe it!... The keychains in the 1st photo have baby’s breath, wild goldenrod, gold glitter and flaking, and the 2nd and 3rd photos are limited edition keychains with Joe Pye Weed added. I’m looking forward to playing around with different seasonal florals to feature *more keychain rings are on the way so don’t worry if you weren’t able to snag any this year

Not your average coasters Sure they’re beautiful, but that’s not why. My grandpas ashes are mixed into the sand, making these the most special pieces of art I can and will ever make. My grandma and grandpa sailed to Canada from Denmark with absolutely nothing, and built our family from scratch. He was a hilarious, determined, stubborn, incredibly impatient, and amazing man. FIRST PRESERVED WEDDING BOUQUET Lately I have been attempting a lot of resin firsts. I have had some huge fails, which have left me feeling defeated and hopeless. Sometimes I still think about giving up. This is what keeps me going. YOU GUYS. You have trusted and believed in me from the beginning. Your love and support keeps me pushing and attempting new stuff even though I may doubt myself along the way. ... You remind me everyday that a flower is not just a flower. It is much more than that. Thank you for trusting me with your beautiful memories and creative ideas. It warms my heart that I get to preserve special moments that you hold near and dear.
