OLIWEI SPA SUSPENDS THE OPERATIONS OF OUR 3 LOCATIONS AS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE AGAINST SPREAD OF COVID-19 As of Monday March 16th, all Oliwei Spa locations at Lakeview, Vista Heights, and Willow Park had been suspended our operations until further notice to assist in reducing the potential spread of COVID-19. Oliwei Spa has made the proactive decision in order to prioritize the health and wellness of all its guests and employees. The continued spread of COVID-19 in Canada and... around the world is concerning and the Oliwei Spa is closely following the Public Health Agency of Canada recommendations. This closure will be temporary and is the best way to safeguard the health and well-being of Oliwei Spa’s communities. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to clients who currently have reservations as well as those who were planning to use our facilities in the near future. Updates on operations will be communicated through Oliwei Spas’ websites and social medias. FAQ EXISTING MASSAGE RESERVATIONS Over the next few days, guests with a massage reservation will be contacted by one of our staff to cancel any reservation up to March 31st or until further notice and proceed with the refund. We will keep the coordinates of any guest who wishes to be contacted at the reopening to reschedule their massage. FUTURE MASSAGE BOOKINGS At this time massage bookings can only be made for dates beyond June 1st, 2020. GIFT CERTIFICATES AND MEMBERSHIPS Our Gift Certificates’ expiry date and Memberships will be extended for a period equivalent to the time the spa is closed. The Gift Certificates will be redeemable at any time after reopening.
