the love collection is here what is this collection about? Well love, of course. I can honestly say creating names for these scrunchies was a task I didn’t take lightly. to some this may be just a small scrunchie business, but to me, it is how I use my voice this collection demonstrates inclusive love... celebrating love does not solely have to be about the love between a man & woman it could mean the love between you and your partner, regardless how they identify or perhaps when you think of love it is about the appreciation for a parent or grandparent or the loyal furball that greets you with wet kisses everyday maybe your mind goes to those friends that you would give anything to be having a wine night with right now for some it may be that sweet smell of a newborn baby that has stolen your heart or perhaps it is that career that you happily pour your energy into twenty-four-seven as you know it is your calling. or maybe, when you think of love, it brings you pain or sadness. If this is the case, we hope Valentine’s Day is gentle to you and please know we are thinking of you. no matter what comes to mind when you think of LOVE, we hope it brings you happiness. we hope you are able to find something that fills you with love, safe to say the world needs more of that right now.

my why this girl is the reason behind everything I do, especially in terms of myself. as the December craze fell over our little family, eyes had become more tired than usual and patience worn slim. my husband and I were passing ships as we wearily worked hard to get our to do list done. ... there are seasons in our life when this has to happen, however we always make sure that it is not the normal. we closed down Ollie & Nash earlier than we liked, but we were fortunate to be in a place that the monetary gain was not necessary. we finished the to-do lists and then did some self - check ins. i filled my cup by a few 14 hour nights of sleep, taking a break from socials, finally beginning the book I wanted to read & e n d l e s s cuddles with my hubby and baby it is beyond me how this 15 month old always makes me want to be the best version of myself, but boy I am I thankful If your feeling lost in your journey, here’s a gentle reminder to check your why. when I became a mom, I was the first among my friend group. Of course I had family who shared advice with me, but now after being a mom I realize how fluffy their advice was. Filled with nothing but good intentions I’m sure, but boy I wish someone would have told me things like : savour that time in the bathroom alone. Before you know it tiny fingers are reaching underneath & banging on the door I was gifted this book for Christmas, and wow it may be the r e l a t e a b l ...e thing i’ve ever read. Let me share some of my favourites. Disclaimer: I love my child Having no idea what you are doing most of the time is part of being a parent People who use the term Slept like a baby have clearly never had one and you hate them. It’s okay to long for the days when it wasn't normal to pick up a small human and smell their bottom If you are feeling alone in the motherhood chaos, I definitely recommend this little book of reassurance . & just incase you haven’t been told, you are doing great mama
