Please remember that milk bags need to be cleaned and flattened with the plastic tag removed. We want these bags to be able to be diverted from landfills. I rec...eived HUNDREDS of bags crumpled with plastic tags still on. If I don't have time to clean and flatten these they will go in my recycle bin and ultimately many end up in our water ways and streets rather than actually being recycled. If you don't clean and flatten them, there is a volunteer on the other end stuck spending hours doing it. Please flatten your milk bags, it is very much appreciated. See more

Very grateful for Grandmother Kathy Brant and the Tett Centre for Creativity & Learning for collaborating for this video presentation. Thanks to Sustainable Kingston , Earth Day Canada , Canadian Association of Nurses for the Environment , Ontario Coalition of Indigenous People , Kingstonist , St. Lawrence College and many others that have helped share this event to various networks.
