This is a partial bathroom reno that we did. We installed some drywall, 5 piece tub surround, linoleum, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, exhaust fan and all of the bathroom fixtures. The home owner is going to finish off the baseboard, painting, etc.

Here is a sea-can that we installed studs and ceiling joists, insulation and 3/4" G1S fir plywood in. It is perfect for certain oil field uses, budget friendly workshop or as any storage space that would need to be heated in the winter.

Here is a house that had a leaking basement. We had traced it to improper window flashing and there were a few cracks in the foundation wall that were unlikely the root cause of it. We properly flashed the window and filled the foundation cracks with an injectable 2 part epoxy designed for waterproofing and structural repair of foundation walls. It's all sealed up and no leaks a year later. A quick and easy drywall patch and a bissel little green cleaned up the water stains on the carpet. Spot primed and painted with baseboards reinstalled and it looks like it never happened.

Here is a commercial building that we re-did the men's and women's bathroom in. Replaced rotting subfloor, removed all the mold, laid tile underlayment, installed floor tile and wall tile 3 1/2' up, built and installed custom cabinets, installed new sinks and faucets, new toilets, new mirrors and a fresh coat of kitchen and bath paint to clean the bathrooms up and give them a modern look. These bathrooms will stay clean and mold free for many years with minimal up keep. We use a lifetime grout sealer and the grout and thin set contain microbium to keep bacteria from growing on or in it.
