Hey! Do you know that August 26th is the Dog Appreciation day?!! So we dedicate the launch of our new book "Sirko" to it! Sirko is the name of an old dog who is... the main character in the Ukrainian folktale "Sirko". It is a funny story about his friendship with a Wolf. The old dog was not needed for his owners. But Wolf helped Sirko to become loving and accepted again, and the old dog paid generously to his friend! The book has nice bright illustrations and good for reading to kids from 3 to 8 years old. Retold and illustrated by Olha Tkachenko. The fifth book in a series of Ukrainian folktales from Little Big Me Books, Canada.
