Dear Community, In light of the most recent Provincial Health Orders, we must once again close our physical doors. We anticipate an update later next week and will keep you informed as we receive any new information. This is, of course, disappointing for us, as I am sure for the practising community. You can continue to support our studio by maintaining your membership and we also offer private shopping appointments for you to get set up with all you need for home practice or... you can call in your request. We will soon have some lovely home practice yoga kits on promotional offer, which could also make great gifts these holidays. Studio passes and memberships can be put on hold by request. I am very grateful to the year 2020 for being a year filled with family and togetherness! And since our 'health officials' don't inform us of how to try and stay healthy, build up our immunity and beat viruses that has 'the science backing it': 'We learned how important it is to eat fruits and veggies and maintain our Vitamins C, D3, Zinc, Selenium and Magnesium, exercise and get outside. And how even extra Zinc helps us maintain our taste and smell when we are sick!!' Happy snow day.
