Happy New Year's from O'Malley's Catering! This past year has been a very challenging and stressful time for all of us. Globally, we have been impacted in ways that none of us had ever seen or imagined. Many of us have suffered and sadly, will continue to, as we navigate through this pandemic. However, with the start of a new year comes new hope. We have made it this far and together, we will get through this. ... At the onset of Covid-19 and the lockdown, O'Malley's (along with every other business) was faced with great uncertainty. To go from 100 to 0, overnight, was unprecedented. Many difficult decisions were made and without an official "playbook", every move was essentially a coin flip. We pivoted and developed ideas to help keep us afloat and did everything within our means to ensure we could go on. Nevertheless, ABSOLUTELY NONE of this could have been done without the support and understanding of our community of Newmarket and everyone else in York Region and beyond. To say that we are forever grateful, is a serious understatement. We know that there are still tough times ahead but we will continue to move forward.
