I love the power of essential oils. From the Tisserand institute. "This month’s research highlight looks at a new paper from our dear friend and colleague, Marco Valussi. He and his team reviewed the use of essential oils for the management of Covid-19 symptoms, and what we can learn from current practices. In an odd coincidence of timing, their main recommendation is to avoid menthol and Peppermint, but to use cineole-rich Eucalyptus oils. (Their emphasis on mild cases now seems especially appropriate.)" Always good to know!
